Spinach and Bacon Quiche

I love Thanksgiving and not just for dinner. We enjoy the entire day from the moment we wake up. There is something about watching The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade while eating a nice breakfast. It just starts the day off so nicely.

For a Holiday like Thanksgiving, I like to make breakfast a little fancier with a Spinach and Bacon Quiche. The flavors are spectacular and really gets me in the festive mood.

For this quiche, I use Market Wagon’s Spinach, Bacon and Eggs. It’s so easy and comes straight to my front door. Market Wagon Feed | Market Wagon

This Spinach and Bacon quiche is so delicious. I use Applewood Smoked Bacon which gives this dish another layer of flavor. I almost always use cheddar cheese, but you could substitute for another cheese if you like.
