Hello November! There is something magical about soup in the Fall. It’s finally sweater weather and we are feeling what all Autumn has to offer. This season has the best produce for making a good soup. Butternut squash is sweet, nutty and has a similar taste to that of a pumpkin. It makes for a great soup.
Butternut Squash Soup is so festive this time of year. It’s kind of like a big ole bowl of pumpkin pie, warming me up and getting me in the Fall mood. Think about going out to your local pumpkin patch and then coming home to a nice bowl of Fall goodness. It just rounds out a perfect day.
